We deliver evidence-based menopause and midlife health education for community groups, workplaces, and organisations. Sessions are designed to improve understanding of hormonal health, symptoms, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies, enabling women to feel confident seeking help and managing their wellbeing. Grounded in NICE guidance and supported by Jane’s advanced clinical training and BMS specialist pathway, these sessions reduce stigma, improve workplace retention, and empower women to remain active and engaged in their personal and professional lives.
Led in collaboration with Dr Saira Bano, our healthy weight and metabolic health programmes provide practical, clinically informed education around obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes risk, and sustainable lifestyle change. We focus on realistic, compassionate approaches that move beyond blame and quick fixes, supporting individuals and organisations to understand the science of weight regulation and long-term health improvement.
Drawing on Jane’s background as a Diabetes Nurse Specialist, we offer structured education sessions that improve understanding of Type 2 diabetes, prevention strategies, medication awareness, and lifestyle optimisation. Our approach strengthens health literacy, promotes early intervention, and supports individuals to feel more in control of their long-term conditions.
We work with employers and leadership teams to integrate menopause awareness, healthy weight understanding, and preventative wellbeing into organisational culture. Our training supports inclusive policies, improves productivity, reduces absence, and fosters psychologically safe workplaces where health conversations are normalised rather than avoided.
Our community programmes combine education with connection. Delivered in local venues, these sessions bring together discussion, practical advice, and peer support to reduce isolation and build confidence. By linking health knowledge with community action, we strengthen informal support networks and promote positive local engagement.
